It is recommended to choose one out of the above hotels as regular bus service will be there for ferrying delegates to conference venue. You may send your preferences at the earliest. You have to send one night advance payment by Demand Draft/Electronic transfer. Rest of the amount can be paid by credit card(on arrival)/electronic transfer/demand draft.

Guest House / Hostel Booking:
Modest accommodation in hostels and guest houses is available for students and deserving delegates. Accommodation in this case is limited and is available on first come first serve basis. Send demand draft of Rs. 500/- (non–refundable) as a registration fee for accommodation. Draft should be in favor of Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi - 110007, payable at State Bank of India, University of Delhi, Delhi – 110007. This amount will be adjusted against your bill payment. For any queries regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us at ice2009.du@gmail.com. For hostel/guest house accommodation, kindly fill the online accommodation form and in the column indicating name of the hotel please write "hostel/guest house" as per your requirement.
