First International Conference on Electroceramics was held in August 2003 at MIT, Boston, USA under the chairmanship of Prof. Harry L. Tuller.

Second conference was held at Seoul, Korea in 2005 under the chairmanship of Prof. Han Ill Yoo, Seoul National University, Korea.
Third conference in this series was organized at Arusha, Tanzania in 2007 by
Prof. Nava Setter , EPFL, Switzerland.

This conference has become truly international, traveling four continents in a decade. The fourth International Conference on Electroceramics is scheduled to be held in India during December 13 - 17, 2009 under the chairmanship of Prof. R. P. Tandon, University of Delhi, India.
