* All foreign delegates/students must fill International Travel Information Form in order to send your passport and personal details for governmental clearances. One/Two page brief resume should also be sent along with this form.

** Due to difficulties faced by some foreign delegates, specially paying by credit card, it has been decided to accept spot registration at normal rates for foreign delegates. There will be no increment in registration fee for them even after 30 September, 2009.

Registration fee / Accomodation fee is non - refundable.
